Accompanying the fourth international triennial RAY Fotografieprojekte Frankfurt/RheinMain, 84 pupils took part in the art education programme RAY JUNIOR at six schools in Bad Vilbel, Darmstadt, Frankfurt, Hanau, Mainz and Offenbach. The artists and art educators Johannes Döppler, Thekla Ehling, Michaela Filla-Raquin, Robert Schittko, Jutta Stocksiefen, Lisa Weber and Wolfgang Zurborn accompanied the week-long photography workshops. The workshops began with a visit to the RAY exhibitions on the theme of IDEOLOGIES. Afterwards, the pupils aged between 11 and 18 took their own photographs with professional FUJIFILM cameras. Once again, the patron of RAY JUNIOR was the Frankfurt photographer Barbara Klemm. RAY Junior is supported by the Kulturfonds Frankfurt RheinMain and FUJIFILM.
